are marked to the products.
Delivery fee will be added to the price (free
delivery is automatically calculated for the orders from 20 EUR).

The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer at
the time of ordering.
The information about the item is displayed directly with the goods on your webshop.
Ordering
For ordering you must add the desired products
to the shopping cart. In order to complete the order required field must be
filled and appropriate delivery method for the products must be chosen.
The amount to be paid is then displayed on the
screen, which can be paid through the bank link or by using any other payment
solution.
The agreement shall enter into force from the
amount payable into the account of the Webshop.
If the ordered goods are not able to be delivered in connection with the termination of the goods or any other reason, the buyer shall be informed at the earliest convenience and the money paid will be refunded (including the cost of delivery of the goods) promptly, but not later than within 14 days of the notification
Right Of Withdrawal
You can return the received merchandise within
14 days. In addition, we will give you an extra 30 days to return the
merchandise. Thus, you have a total of 44 days to return your goods to our
warehouse. The returns period begins fourteen days from the day on which you
(or a third party named by you, who is not the courier) took possession of the
goods.
The products must be returned in their
original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened. Please
ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport
damage from occurring.

Direct Marketing And Processing Of Personal Data
The Webshop uses personal data (including
name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) entered by the
buyer to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Webshop
transmits personal information to the transport service companies in order to
deliver the goods.
The Webshop sends newsletters and offers to
the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed an interest in
entering the email address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to
receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the email at any time by giving us an email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints about the Webshop,
an e-mail message has to be sent to the address info@herbsstore.eu.
If the buyer and the Webshop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer
can contact the Consumer Dispute Committee.
You can familiarize yourself with the
procedural conditions and submit an application. The Consumer Disputes
Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the
buyer and the Webshop. The buyer’s appeal is reviewed by the Commission free of
charge.
