Products Eligible For Return
You can return the received
merchandise within 14 days. In addition, we will give you an extra 30 days to
return the merchandise. Thus, you have a total of 44 days to return your goods
to our warehouse. The returns period begins fourteen days from the day on
which you (or a third party named by you, who is not the courier) took
possession of the goods.
The products must be returned in
their original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened.
Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any
transport damage from occurring.
Please state the reason for
returning the merchandise and include your name, address and order number and
your contact information: return form
We ask you to carefully pack the
goods and send them by registered mail (you will receive more information after
completing the form).
If you withdraw from your contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges. ATTENTION! If you used free shipping during your purchase, real shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount (not more than 5 EUR).
Return Refunds
As soon as the return package
reaches our warehouse - given the 45-day return period is upheld - the payment
will be refunded in 3 business days. The following payment options will be
credited with the payment corresponding to the returned goods:

Cash in Advance: Bank account - Please ensure
that we are provided with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes).

Paypal: Transferred to your Paypal
account.
·
Credit Card: Transferred to your credit card.
The refund is cleared within 3 business days.
The Right Of Return Does Not Apply To The Following Contracts:
1.
Contracts for
the supply of goods that are not prefabricated, that were manufactured
specifically for an individual or were personalised, or were clearly tailored
to the personal needs of the individual consumer
2.
Contracts for
the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would
quickly be exceeded,
3.
Contracts for
the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of
health or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
4.
Contracts for
the supply of goods, if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with
other goods after delivery,
5.
Contracts for
the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed on at the time
of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than
30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose actual value depends on
fluctuations in the market over which the supplier has no influence.
6.
Contracts for
the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package,
when the seal has been removed after delivery,
7.
Contracts for
the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of
subscription contracts.
