International Delivery
We
provide Free international delivery for
the order from 20 EUR (for
orders above 20 EUR there is delivery fee of 4 EUR). International delivery is
made by Postal Delivery service for Small Packets. You will receive
ordered products in your local Post
Office.
Delivery time is usually 1-4 weeks (for European countries) 2-8 weeks (for international Shipments).
WARNING! Please
provide valid and correct delivery adders (with a zip/postal code) when
you are filling delivery information details. We may charge you for re-sending
the parcel that did not reached customer due to incorrect delivery details
or if the parcel was not collected on time (in your local Post Office).
About Small Packets
A
small packet is a postal item for mailing small unbreakable objects, with the
exception of documents, printed materials and written communications. Post
deliver registered and insured small packets domestically and registered small
packets abroad.
Delivery Across Baltic States
For
customers from Latvia we also provide possibility to deliver goods to
Omniva parcel machines. We provide Free delivery across Latvia for
the order from 20 EUR (for orders above 20 EUR there is delivery fee
of 4 EUR).
About Receiving Parcel
With Omniva
You
can collect parcels from the parcel machine 24 hours a day, every day.
To
receive your parcel you will need a unique door code that will be sent to you
by text message or e-mail. After you have entered the code into the parcel
machine, the door of the parcel machine locker holding your parcel will open.
If
you do not collect your parcel from the parcel machine within seven days it
will be returned to the sender.
1. After receiving the text message or
e-mail, go to the parcel machine.
2. Using the touch screen, select the
language you require followed by ‘Receive a parcel’.
3. Enter the door code on the touchscreen.
4. If the parcel has been sent payment on
delivery, pay for the parcel using your bank card.
5. Take the parcel from the opened locker.
6. Close the door of the locker and confirm
you have taken the parcel by pressing the ‘Confirm’ button on the screen.
7. If you have paid for the parcel while
collecting it from the parcel machine, you can also print a receipt.
